Are garage doors noisy when opening and closing?
Not with OZ Door. Because we use SOMMER Germany motors with traveling-motor technology, vibration and noise are minimized. Combined with 6200ZZ sealed bearing nylon rollers, operation is whisper-quiet.
How much headroom do I need?
It depends on the hardware (Standard or Low Headroom). Generally, 250–300mm is ideal. Our team can survey your site and recommend the best setup for your ceiling height and beam position.
What happens if there is a power cut?
Every system includes an internal manual release handle. For added convenience, we can supply SOMMER battery backup packs so you can still operate the door automatically during outages.
Can you match the door color to my house?
Yes. While White, Sahara Grey, and Woodgrain are popular options, we can discuss special colors or powder coating to match your aluminum window frames or façade design.
Do you provide maintenance after installation?
Yes. We provide after-sales service covering spring tension, alignment, rollers, seals, and the SOMMER motor system. Preventive maintenance plans are available for long-term reliability.
What warranty do you provide?
We provide a 2-year warranty on the complete garage door installation, including panels, hardware, and SOMMER motor (subject to warranty terms).
How long does installation take?
Most residential installations can be completed in 1 day after production and scheduling. Custom designs (Full View / Flush Mount) may require additional preparation and site coordination.
