The BEA EAGLE sensor uses microwave radar to detect motion. When someone approaches, it triggers the door to open. The sensor can detect direction of approach and optimizes opening times to minimize air loss.
Can the door be set to stay open during business hours?
Yes. The controller has multiple modes including fully automatic, semi-automatic, and manual hold-open. You can adjust settings based on your business needs — for example, holding doors open during rush hours.
What happens during a power outage?
The door can be pushed open manually with less than 50N of force. This ensures the door functions as an emergency exit even without power. Optional battery backup systems are also available.
Can you add our company logo to the glass?
Yes. We design and apply logos, company names, and other branding to the glass door panels. This is included as a custom option during the ordering process.
How often does the system need maintenance?
We recommend annual maintenance for commercial installations. This includes sensor calibration, track cleaning, roller inspection, and safety system testing. We offer maintenance contracts for regular service.
