Servo System with PMSM Motor
PMSM AC(permanent magnet synchronous motor). The motor uses rare-earth permanent magnet material, which is more efficient than traditional asynchronous induction motors. It has the advantages of energy saving, light weight, low temperature rise, large torque, and double overload. Door shaft direct – driven approach, less installation space.

Covers
Both the frame and upper drum cover are Aluminum alloy(6063 T5), which does not rust for a long time and is easy to maintain. However, Stainless steel(SUS304) or no-covering products can also be manufactured at customer’s request.

Sensor
Motion sensor
The motion sensor has two sensors installed in one set at the upper exit and one set at the entrance, open the door when object is coming.
Vehicle sensor
The vehicle sensor opens the door by sensing metal (forklift, truck, hand-ift, etc.) through a magnetic field buried in the floor. It is highly stable and unaffected by the weather.
Remote
It can be operated from a distance of up to 100M with a remote control, and can be installed to meet the customer’s request, such as multiple door operations with one remote control and one door operation with multiple remote controls.
Switch
3 Point(IP65)

Proximity switch(IP67)
Built-in Frame/contactless proximity sensor switch, suitable for places where hygiene is important or where there is a risk of infection.
Pull Switch
The PULL switch opens the door through the rope switch of the installed structure and is suitable for opening the door when on board the forklift.
Safety equipment
Light curtain sensor
The light curtain sensor consists of a combination of several photocell sensors, expanding the range of detection, and allowing the detection of smaller objects.
Photobeam sensor(Standard)
When an object under the door is detected, the door stops.
Bottom pressure sensor
encounter obstacles during the descent, stop immediately and run upwards.
PVC Sheet
The color of the PVC sheet can be selected from four basic colors: orange, gray, blue, and yellow, other colors(additional cost will be charged)
Thickness : 1mm or 1.6mm
Window options
It can contribute to safety by checking the opposite side when entering, and it can be installed in various forms such as height and width according to customer’s request.
Logo & Lettering
The surface of the PVC sheet is not painted with normal paint because it is constantly roll-up and roll-down. To solve this problem, OZ applies special purpose paint to our customers to paint them clean and long-lasting.
