Dock leveler
The high-strength “U” shaped beam design can withstand a 120% load rating of the standard nominal load capacity. Deviation within 3mm at static pressure of 24 hours. And after the pressure is released, the deformation will be restored.
Imports a complete set of hydraulic drive stations from Europe with a stable output. The oil has a very low working temperature that can be operated at high frequencies. High standard seals prevent oil leaks.
The hinge and shaft are ultra-high temperature heat treated to reduce deformation.
Platform ground is made from high-strength 8mm or above thick steel plate. Surface is processed with groove milling to make it anti-skid.

Sponge Dock Shelter
It consists of three sections of a high quality sealing column.
The surface of the sealing column is made of high-quality, high-density polyester fiber base cloth, and the interior is filled with high-quality, high-density sponges. A yellow reverse bar is added to the front surface of the left and right sealing posts.
Yellow scales provide effective seals to add friction and protect the sealed body.
Application
.The dock shelter is closed under car pressure. The sealing effect is good, and all vehicles should be of uniform size (extended sponge area for some adjustment).
Inflatable Dock Shelter
There are 1 upper seal posts and 2 side seal posts. The material is a composite fiber of neoprene rubber, each seal post is cylindrical and is continually inflated by the air compressor and each part is fitted with a pressure sensor. Therefore, the overall working conditions are tightly wrapped in the truck compartment.
Application
This type of dock seal wraps around the vehicle by the airbag expands. Its sealing effect is good.
Mechanical Dock Shelter
The front sealing curtain consists of 3 mm thick high-density black polyester 3pieces and a yellow reverse bar. The surrounding sealing curtain consists of a 0.8mm thick, dense polyester fiber.
When the truck docked, three sealing linings form a flap-shaped seal with the truck.
The frame is fabricated from galvanized steel pipes and aluminum alloys to prevent impact through spring balance.
Application
This type of shelter is closed by seals with high elasticity to the vehicle and is primarily suitable for larger vehicles.
