Frequently Asked Questions
How long does a PVC curtain last?
With normal use, a PVC curtain typically lasts 5–10 years. UV protection helps reduce fading. Curtain life depends on usage frequency, UV exposure, chemicals, and forklift traffic. We provide a 2-year warranty on the PVC curtain.
Can I change the PVC color on an existing door?
Yes. We can manufacture a new PVC curtain in your chosen color and install it on your existing frame. This is a common upgrade when companies rebrand or reorganize factory zones.
What is the difference between 0.9mm and 1.6mm PVC?
Both can be used indoors and outdoors. 1.6mm PVC offers better cold resistance (-30°C vs -5°C) and a better fire rating (B1 vs B2). 0.9mm is included in the standard configuration, while 1.6mm has an additional cost.
Can you print our company logo on the door?
Yes. We use flexible PVC ink designed to withstand roll-up cycles. Send your logo file (AI, PDF, or high-resolution PNG). Printing is applied during production and typically adds 3–5 days to lead time.
Is mesh PVC suitable for food factories?
Yes. Fine mesh (1×2mm) supports airflow while helping reduce insects, and it is commonly used in food processing areas that require ventilation. For fully sealed environments, we recommend solid PVC with vision panels instead.
