Self-Repair System
Auto Re-Zip After Impact
If the curtain is knocked out of the track by forklift impact, the door automatically re-zips on the next cycle. No manual repair needed, minimizing downtime.

Safe Contact Design
Flexible bottom edge reduces risk of injury if contact occurs. Safe for pedestrians and trolleys. Works with bottom pressure sensor for immediate stop and reverse.
PVC Curtain
0.9mm (1100g/m²) or 1.6mm (1930g/m²) thickness. UV treatment prevents discoloring. Waterproof, anti-bacterial. Temperature: -5°C (0.9mm) or -30°C (1.6mm) to +70°C. Colors: Orange, Yellow, Blue, Grey.
Integrated PMSM Servo & Smart Control
Rare-earth permanent magnet motor with a double encoder system for high torque and energy efficiency. Direct shaft-driven for space-saving. The integrated LCD controller supports 3 modes (Auto/Manual/Jog), self-diagnosis, fault history, and maintenance reminders with auto-adjusting torque.
Aluminum Alloy Frame
2–3mm thick aluminum frame and 2mm cover with anodized silver finish. Does not rust, easy to maintain. Optional SUS304 stainless steel or painted steel available.
